A little bit about our team:
The Warner Chappell Global Strategic Integration and Operations team is a small but mighty team focused on delivering and implementing business objectives. Â Working closely with our global leaders, we are responsible for driving and embedding our global business strategy.
Your role:
The AI Automation & Growth Analyst is a key contributor to the AI Automation & Growth team, responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our automation solutions. This involves the identification of opportunities, the design of system architecture, and the hands-on implementation of AI-powered applications. In this role, you will gain significant experience in applied AI and process automation by working collaboratively with other analysts. Your primary objective will be to develop and deploy robust solutions that streamline complex workflows, enhance data-driven decision-making, and directly support the company's strategic growth initiatives.

- Build & Deploy AI-Powered Tools: Engage in the full development lifecycle to build and deploy custom AI-powered applications that solve real-world problems across our departments.
- Drive Rapid Prototyping: Utilize leading-edge development frameworks and AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf) to accelerate the creation of business-focused applications.
- Automate Core Business Processes: Analyze operational workflows to identify opportunities and implement robust, automated solutions that directly impact efficiency and decision-making.
- Develop Full-Stack Solutions: Contribute to both backend logic and user-facing interfaces, ensuring a seamless and reliable user experience for your colleagues across the business.
- Assist in process mapping: Support the team in documenting current business processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
- Develop Deep Expertise in Applied AI: Grow into a subject-matter expert by researching, experimenting with, and applying emerging AI technologies to practical business use cases.
- Ensure Business-Critical Reliability: Uphold high standards for development, testing, and deployment to ensure the tools you build as a team are dependable for our core operations.
- Prepare documentation: Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation, process flows, and training materials for automation solutions.
- Support data collection and analysis: Help gather and analyze data related to automation project performance and potential impact.
- Collaborate to Drive Innovation: Work in a tight-knit team and partner with business stakeholders to champion new ideas, ensure smooth project execution, and encourage the adoption of new technologies.
- Learn and grow: Actively participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills in AI, automation technologies, and process improvement methodologies.
About you:
- An Obsessive Drive for AI: You have a deep, demonstrable passion for AI that goes beyond coursework. You are constantly exploring the latest technologies, building personal projects, and immersing yourself in this rapidly evolving field.
- Experience Building Full-Stack or Agentic Applications: You have hands-on experience building applications with AI, demonstrated through internships or a strong portfolio of personal projects. You are proficient with modern frameworks like Next.js, React and Django.
- Familiarity with AI-Native Tools: You have experimented with or are eager to master building with AI agents and AI-assisted coding tools. Experience with frameworks like LangGraph is a significant plus.
- Grounded in Engineering Principles: You build for the long term. You have a deep understanding of software engineering best practices, writing clean, scalable, and reliable code that can be maintained and built upon by the team.
- Product-Minded & Pragmatic: You can independently translate a business need into a technical solution. You have a "get it done" mentality and a knack for finding the most direct path to a functional, user-friendly product.
- Highly Autonomous & Collaborative: You are a self-starter who takes ownership of your projects, but you also thrive in a tight-knit team environment where you share ideas, challenge assumptions, and build solutions together
- Detail-oriented: Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure accuracy in tasks.
- Strong analytical aptitude: Ability to break down problems and contribute to solutions.
- Good communication skills: Ability to clearly articulate ideas and contribute to team discussions.
- Team player: Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
- Some experience with process mapping or understanding of workflow diagrams is a bonus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Science).
- Prior internship experience in an environment where AI was utilized, or in a role focused on process or automation, is a plus, demonstrating a strong foundation in these areas. Prior music background is not required.

Salary Range
Hourly Rate: $33.33 - $41.02 Hourly
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
