AI Engineer

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the development, enhancement, deployment, and maintenance of cutting-edge ML models that will be integrated into our innovative SaaS product targeting the life sciences market. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders such as the CEO, COO, product team, and other skilled engineers to drive our AI solutions forward.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, deploy, and maintain pioneering ML models for integration into our SaaS product for the life sciences market.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, COO, product team, and fellow engineers to drive the development and implementation of AI solutions.
• Gain hands-on experience in real-world production settings with the freedom to learn and implement new technologies and solutions without the constraints of a large organization's red tape.
• Assist in planning, conducting, and reporting internal audits to assess compliance with quality and regulatory standards, identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering. Preference toward a Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence or equivalent AI work experience.
• Preferential consideration for candidates with a concentration, relevant courses, and/or practical work experience in AI.
• 0 to 2 years of professional work experience in AI/ML models.
• Proficient in deploying AI/ML models.
• Fine-tune and deploy pre-trained models, including language models or foundation models, as appropriate.
• Familiarity with AWS.
• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques.
• Knowledge and experience with Langchain.
• Hands-on experience with Python and Javascript.
