AI/ML Engineer with Java / Python

We are seeking a skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong Java or Python programming experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about building machine learning models, working with large language models (LLMs), and implementing end-to-end ML pipelines in production environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning pipelines for data preprocessing, model training, and prediction.
• Implement and fine-tune LLMs for tasks like classification and domain-specific adaptation.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code in Java and Python.
• Develop and optimize synchronous and asynchronous Java modules, especially in the context of data ingestion and ML service APIs.
• Solve algorithmic problems, particularly involving linked lists and data structures.
• Write complex SQL queries involving joins on multiple tables (e.g., employee–department datasets) for data retrieval and transformation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineers, backend developers, and product teams.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging AI/ML technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong programming skills in Java (including understanding of async vs sync execution) and Python.
• Hands-on experience with linked list manipulation and other core data structure problems.
• Proven experience in machine learning pipeline development using tools like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Solid understanding and experience with LLM fine-tuning and classification tasks.
• Proficiency in SQL with experience querying and joining relational databases.
• Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of REST API development and integration.
• Exposure to Agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
