‍The Role

‍We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate ServiceNow Developer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to build a career in ServiceNow development, gain hands-on experience, and contribute to meaningful projects that transform how organizations deliver IT services.

‍Duties / Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Support configuration, scripting, and customization of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog.
• Collaborate with senior developers and consultants to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
• Participate in requirement-gathering sessions with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Document technical solutions, processes, and best practices.
• Stay up to date with new ServiceNow features and functionality.

‍Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, or other scripting languages.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

‍Optional Desired Qualifications

• Exposure to ServiceNow platform through coursework, internship, or certification.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server).
• Knowledge of Agile or ITIL practices.
