‍Responsibilities

  • Assist the Full Stack Developer - Java in developing web applications using Java technologies, including JavaEE, Spring Framework, and Hibernate.
  • Collaborate with designers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the web application meets the needs of the user and the organization.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining the database schema and stored procedures using relational databases like MySQL and Oracle.
  • Test and debug the web application to ensure it meets the functional and performance requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and best practices to ensure that the organization's web applications are state-of-the-art.
  • Write test automation scripts/execute automation tests

Qualifications

  • 4 year degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Experience/skills in the following technologies ideal: SQL (db query), C# (back-end), Copilot (general use - generating code, creating test cases, etc.)
  • Experience/skills in the following nice to have: React (frontend), Jenkins (CI/CD), Insomnia (test automation - experience with other test automation tools helpful too)
  • Flexibility/interest in both Development and Test Automation work
  • Curiosity/continuous learner and self-starter

The salary range for this role is $57,500-$72,500 or the hourly equivalent.
