QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Additional Responsibilities

  • Provide production support for data‑pipeline incidents and lead post‑mortems focused on continuous improvement.
  • Mentor engineers on best practices in containerized data engineering and MLOps.
  • Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance
  • Adheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations
  • Adheres to local, state and federal laws
  • Perform other duties as assigned in alignment with evolving business priorities.
  • Understands and complies with all company rules and regulations
  • No direct reports; may lead ad‑hoc project teams or vendor resources during integration projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, customer service, time management and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field; Masters preferred.
  • 4+ years building data pipelines in Spark or equivalent; 2+ years deploying workloads on Kubernetes/Kubeflow; experience with MLflow or similar experiment‑tracking tools.
  • Proficient in T‑SQL, Python/Scala for Spark, PowerShell/.NET scripting; hands‑on with GitHub, Azure DevOps, Prometheus, Grafana, and SSIS/SSAS.
  • Kubernetes CKA/CKAD, Azure Data Engineer (DP‑203), or MLOps‑focused certifications (e.g., Kubeflow or MLflow) are advantageous.
  • Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills; thrives in agile, cross‑functional teams.

PAY RANGE: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00*

*compensation varies based on geography, skills, experience, and tenure
