What You’ll Do

• Maintain and support critical infrastructure supporting some of Kaseya’s largest products.
• Develop and maintain scalable server environments for data stores such as MySQL, Postgres, and Redis, with built-in HA and DR strategies to ensure data integrity and service continuity.
• Utilize Ansible and Python to support and improve current automation frameworks and proactively develop new automation solutions for evolving infrastructure needs.
• Passionately promote Kaseya's core values. Promote collaboration and team growth.
• Identify gaps in processes and tasks. Be an advocate of continuous improvement.
• Be a positive role model that others want to follow and be inspired by.
• Participate in a rotational on-call program and enhance troubleshooting techniques and utilities to ensure quick resolution to service-impacting issues.

Skills You’ll Need

• Ability to develop in Python
• Expertise in Ansible.
• Deep expertise with managing Linux servers.
• Strong written and verbal communicate on skills
• Experience working with hypervisors, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Terraform, HAProxy, ZFS, Keepalived, Cassandra, and AWS (RDS, Elasticache, EC2).
• Deep experience working with and managing MySQL, Postgres, and Redis databases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
