
Electrical Engineer in Training I - 2026 Graduates

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer in Training (EIT) to join our Philadelphia office. The Electrical EIT will work with Project Engineers on multiple design and documentation tasks while gaining experience toward their P.E.
Essential Functions
Document project design utilizing CAD and BIM
Confer with project team members and other engineering personnel and prepares design modifications as required.
Perform construction administration tasks (site visits, submittal reviews, RFI’s, field changes).
Perform code research and establish project design criteria.
Attend seminars and continuing education programs. Participate in design, analysis and documentation training as listed in the Discipline Training Guidelines.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or in Architectural Engineering or Bachelor of Architectural Engineering.
E.I.T. (or qualified to sit for E.I.T.)
0 to 3 years of experience
Strong drafting documentation knowledge and company design standards
Knowledge of AutoCAD/Revit software
Microsoft Office Suite
Basic computer analysis skills
