  • Assist in developing test procedures and documenting results for engineering and customer reviews.
  • Support troubleshooting of electronics and test setups under the guidance of senior engineers.
  • Help maintain lab equipment and ensure safe, organized testing environments.
  • Participate in environmental and functional testing, including vibration, thermal vacuum, and EMI/EMC tests.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with basic lab instrumentation and measurement techniques.
  • Understanding of electronic circuits, schematics, and components.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and documentation abilities.
  • U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Residency (due to government contract requirements).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship, co-op, or academic project experience involving hardware testing or validation.
  • Exposure to programming or scripting languages (e.g., LabVIEW, Python, MATLAB).
  • Interest in aerospace systems or space hardware.

Why Join Busek?

  • Work on spaceflight hardware with real mission impact.
  • Learn from and collaborate with experienced engineers.
  • Gain experience in a broad range of testing and engineering disciplines.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
