THE WORK
As an electronics engineer at Lockheed Martin RMS-Owego you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans and procedures for electronic components and systems, and implementing manual and automated testing using various tools and techniques. You will also analyze and troubleshoot test defects, identifying root causes of failures in electronic circuitry, and drive continuous improvement in hardware and software to enhance manufacturing efficiency and First Pass Yield (FPY). Additionally, you will prepare detailed technical reports documenting test results and recommendations. Overall, your role will involve a range of responsibilities, from test development and implementation to troubleshooting, process improvement, and equipment management, with the goal of ensuring the quality and reliability of electronic components and systems.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
