As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will take on more complex responsibilities in optimizing processes and supporting new product development initiatives. Â
OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:  You have a strong mechanical aptitude, 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering (or equivalent). You’re highly analytical, using data to drive decisions and continuously improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You’re comfortable reviewing drawings, troubleshooting parts and processes, and collaborating with design teams to ensure manufacturability. You thrive in both operations and new product development (NPD), balancing immediate production challenges with long-term improvements. You can juggle multiple priorities, from supporting the shop floor to leading process validations and cost-saving initiatives. You’re an innovator, problem-solver, and proactive teammate who takes ownership and works collaboratively to drive lasting change.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE A DIFFERENCE:
You will INNOVATE by:
- Utilizing PDCA problem-solving to support zone improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Efficiently analyzing current state data to drive improvements in productivity, flow, and process capability.
- Supporting the development and implementation of lean manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency in the zone.
- Implementing solutions to improve and remove potential safety and quality risks in the working environment.
You will EXPLORE by:
- Participating in process improvement teams.
- Collaborating with zone leadership to create and maintain simple, effective standards.
- Addressing product and process design gaps through Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs), Deviations (DEVs), and Process Change Notifications (PCNs) to promote quality output and a safe working environment.
- Assisting technicians in conducting trials related to quality, continuous improvement, and implementing countermeasures.
You will PERFORM by:
- Assisting ME Technician in daily manufacturing support to zones of responsibility.
- Ensuring product flow and production paperwork meets or exceeds standards.
- Taking appropriate actions to eliminate non-value-added processes and downtime within the zone.
- Assisting technicians in the setup, modification, programming, and validation of process equipment and production cells.

Education
Required
Bachelors or better in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
