Our Story

Integrated Facilities Management ⟶ Where performance matters most ⟶ Where policies are made. Where care is delivered and lives are supported. Where lessons begin and futures take shape. Where data flows and networks hold. Where planes take flight and trains arrive. Where machines run, orders are fulfilled, and shoppers check out. Where assets are protected, intelligence secured, and operations stay mission-ready. Where workforces connect and teams progress. Where audiences gather and crowds celebrate – experiences delivered and memories made. In environments that are often critical and always essential, it’s our responsibility to keep them running – without disruption and without compromise. Service built for complexity ⟶ OCS provides hard services–led integrated facilities management, built for environments where failure isn’t an option. We deliver engineering, asset maintenance, energy management and compliance at scale, supported by smart cleaning, security, catering and workplace services – ensuring every part of the estate supports the people and operations it serves. Our self-delivery model gives greater control, consistency and accountability. With technology, data and automation embedded throughout, we bring the insight and agility to manage estates more efficiently – and respond to change with confidence. Whether a critical site or a dispersed portfolio, the focus remains on what matters most – safety, compliance, optimisation, performance and experience. The values behind consistent delivery ⟶ In addition to processes and technology, complex environments rely on people who are trained, trusted and ready to do the right thing – consistently. Our TRUE Values – Trust, Respect, Unity and Empowerment – guide how services are delivered. They shape how teams communicate, take responsibility, and support one another on the ground. These values are visible every day – in how safety is upheld, how issues are solved, and how standards are maintained.
