About the Opportunity An opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Engineer to join our Golden Grove operation in Western Australia. In this role, you will report to the Senior Project Engineer and work on an 8:6 roster. Your focus will be on overseeing the delivery of site projects and providing technical support to improve plant performance and reliability. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing engineering designs, performing calculations, and supporting procurement and estimating.
• Delivering capital and operational projects from feasibility to commissioning and handover.
• Managing contractors and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and site standards.
• Leading plant modifications and change management, including drawings and readiness activities.
• Collaborating with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to meet project requirements.
• Supporting asset management through strategy development, failure analysis, and lifecycle optimisation.

About You Our ideal candidate will have previous experience in similar mechanical engineering roles, including proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD.

Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:

• A tertiary qualification in mechanical engineering.
• Supervisory experience in High-Risk Work.
• While not essential, experience in underground or open-cut mining, mineral processing plants, or heavy industry will be viewed favourably.
• A current C-class manual driver’s licence.
