A Day in the Life

This position is an exciting opportunity to work with Medtronic's Diabetes business. Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic, subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. As a separate entity, we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient careResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.-  Tests the functionality and performance of software applications or systems    software-  Develops and executes test plans and scripts designed to detect problems in    software applications and systems software-  Ensures software applications or systems software meets technical and    functional requirements-  Performs workflow analysis, documents test results and recommends    quality improvements-  Works with development to resolve software defects and diagnose/improve    product configuration for current and future models-  Reviews test automation frameworks, tools, techniques, and methodologiesWhat You'll Do:-  Design, develop, debug, and implement software test frameworks and test    scripts across iOS, Android, and Web platforms-  Work closely with software development, product engineering, product    marketing, quality, and systems teams to ensure the product works properly    from end-to-end, both pre and post-release-  Utilize test automation frameworks, including Appium and Selenium, for    continuous build and test with various system tools-  Determine the required level of testing based on software requirements.-  Develop test plans and protocols in accordance with regulatory    environments-  Partner with software development as part of sprint development within an    Agile/Scrum environment-  Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and    automation capabilities

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

Requires a Baccalaureate degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, OR Electrical Engineering and 0 years relevant experience
