Software Engineer, Anduril Cyber
Job description
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company focused on transforming military capabilities with advanced technology. The Anduril Cyber team develops expeditionary cyber capabilities using autonomous vehicles, mesh networks, and electronic warfare products. The Mission Software Engineering team builds, deploys, integrates, extends, and scales software to deliver mission-critical capabilities such as Counter Intrusion, Joint All Domain Command & Control, and Counter-Unmanned Aircraft Systems. The Software Engineer will solve problems involving networking, autonomy, systems integration, and robotics, ensuring seamless product integration and deployment. Responsibilities include working across robotic vehicles, radios, and mesh network products to develop cyber solutions, owning software solutions from inception to deployment, writing code to build and scale mission capabilities, and collaborating across teams to plan, build, and test complex functionality. Required qualifications include a strong engineering background, experience with networking, cyber security interest, proficiency in C/C++, Rust, Go, Linux systems, containerization, distributed systems, and embedded/edge software solutions. Candidates must be eligible for a U.S. Top Secret clearance. Preferred qualifications emphasize customer-facing skills, mission-first mindset, project impact, and embracing challenges.
