Solutions Engineer Operations Intern - Summer 2025

About the Role:
Join our Solutions Engineering team to support global demo operations through hands-on logistics and inventory management. You’ll handle the packing, shipping, and tracking of high-value gear—and help design and build a scalable system to manage it all more efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving tasks
• Track equipment across users and locations
• Build a fleet management system using Google Sheets and App Scripts
• Automate tasks like shipping label creation and asset check-in/check-out
• Integrate with tools like Salesforce, Netsuite, and Databricks
• Document processes and identify areas for improvement
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Interest in logistics, operations, and data analytics
• Willingness to take on both physical and technical tasks
• Experience with SQL and light coding in Google Sheets Apps Scripts
• Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems: part serialization, barcode scanners, and binning

Compensation Range: The hourly rate for this position is $41/hr for Undergrad, $53/hr for Graduate students, and $58/hr for PhD students*. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Interns are eligible to receive the following benefits: Paid vacation time, sick leave, holiday pay and 401K savings plan.
