Solutions Engineer Operations Intern - Summer 2025

About the Role:
Join our Solutions Engineering team to support global demo operations through hands-on logistics and inventory management. You’ll handle the packing, shipping, and tracking of high-value gear—and help design and build a scalable system to manage it all more efficiently.

What You’ll Do:

  • Coordinate daily shipping and receiving tasks
  • Track equipment across users and locations
  • Build a fleet management system using Google Sheets and App Scripts
  • Automate tasks like shipping label creation and asset check-in/check-out
  • Integrate with tools like Salesforce, Netsuite, and Databricks
  • Document processes and identify areas for improvement

What We’re Looking For:

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Interest in logistics, operations, and data analytics
  • Willingness to take on both physical and technical tasks
  • Experience with SQL and light coding in Google Sheets Apps Scripts
  • Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems: part serialization, barcode scanners, and binning

Compensation Range: The hourly rate for this position is $41/hr for Undergrad, $53/hr for Graduate students, and $58/hr for PhD students*. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Interns are eligible to receive the following benefits: Paid vacation time, sick leave, holiday pay and 401K savings plan. This position and all associated benefits are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws, as well as the Company’s policies and eligibility criteria.
