About Me
In the teams and organizations I’ve worked with in the past, I’ve always been a natural leader. I do not shy away from taking responsibility and delegating tasks, playing to people’s strengths, and moving away from old systems that no longer work with the team’s dynamic. My measure of success is client satisfaction and team happiness. I greatly enjoy the challenge of developing a roadmap to accomplish the goals set before me and exceeding client needs and expectations. In the past, I have consistently delivered excellence and demonstrated that I always push my teams to go above and beyond base expectations. I have facilitated organizational and structural change for a non-profit I was the president of, including implementing a new record keeping system, recruiting new volunteers, and increasing outreach by developing a working relationship with a new public library. It is a joy for me to set goals, meet and exceed them, and maximize customer and team satisfaction while minimizing inefficiencies.
