I come from a background in Editing, Writing, and Media Studies, but most of my work experience has been focused on customer service, accuracy, and handling sensitive information. In my previous roles, I was responsible for detailed data entry, reviewing records, correcting errors, and making sure information was accurate before it was finalized. I’m very organized, I pay close attention to details, and I like working with systems and paperwork that require precision. I also enjoy helping people and explaining things clearly when something doesn’t look right on their end.
