About Me
Bella is a recent graduate of Clark Atlanta University, where she earned her B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics completing her degree in just three years with cum laude honors. Her journey through college was anything but traditional. While balancing two jobs and independently covering tuition and living expenses, Bella developed the resilience, discipline, and financial acumen that now fuel her professional ambitions. With a strong foundation in financial analysis, strategic planning, and capital markets, Bella has built a diverse portfolio of experience. She’s completed equity research projects, participated in student-managed investment funds, and led financial modeling exercises, including valuations using DCF, WACC, and comparable company analysis. In trading simulations and Bloomberg competitions, Bella demonstrated her ability to translate data into insight, making real-time decisions that emphasized risk management and long-term value. Her on-the-ground experience includes managing operations as a Starbucks Shift Manager for four years and applying business strategy as an Executive Assistant Manager at a local barbershop. These roles sharpened her leadership and budgeting skills while reinforcing her ability to manage teams and drive performance under pressure. A passionate advocate for financial literacy and inclusion, Bella co-hosts Fricken Dad, a podcast she runs with her father that amplifies stories within Black and Brown communities. The podcast promotes generational wealth, family connection, and social empowerment, values that also shape Bella’s career focus on impact-driven finance. Her dedication is recognized through multiple scholarships, including the Marcus Trufant and UNCF Macy’s Brighter Future awards. She also brings strong technical skills in platforms such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Bloomberg Terminal, and QuickBooks.
