About Me
I am an upcoming graduate in May 2025 with over a year of total internship experience in varying roles including Software Engineering, System Design, Web Development, and IT Infrastructure. At my current internship as a Software Engineer, I have developed RTOS applications for medical device software in C and C++. My main project has been developing applications for a reusable code library. These applications include a custom message queue (led the design and development of this project), start-up tasks, BSP configuration, state handling, and fail-safe programs of STM32 series 32-bit Arm Cortex microcontrollers. I am involved in the full Software Development Life Cycle of these projects, including gathering requirements, designing systems themselves, and test-driven development. At the moment, I am currently working on optimizing a Data Acquisition (DAQ) system for a helicopter rotor azimuth processing application. My previous internship experiences include a role as a Backend Developer, where I was responsible for implementing RESTful API endpoints in Node.js and Express.js, and a role as a Information Technology Intern, where I was responsible for integrating and configuring a cloud platform into the company. Throughout my undergraduate degree, the main focus has been Java OOP/DSA, but I have taken several electives focused on full stack development, from front-end development, backend server-side scripting, deployment and scalability with Cloudflare/AWS, and containerization with Docker using Linux. Given my diverse range of experiences and ability to succeed throughout all my previous roles, I am a fast learner and motivated programmer. I am currently looking for new opportunities to apply my current skill set in a role.
