This honor began when I was first selected as Teacher of the Year at my school, a recognition bestowed by my peers for my dedication to students, innovative teaching practices, and collaborative spirit. I was then chosen by members of our district to represent Hamilton County as the District Teacher of the Year—a distinction that underscores my ability to inspire both students and colleagues through effective communication, thoughtful leadership, and a student-centered approach to education.
