About Me

I am a recent graduate from San Francisco State University, I was awarded a Bachelor of Art in Psychology. Before starting my journey in persuing a higher education, I worked as a receptionist and worked my way up to a Administrative Assistant. While persuing my degree, I worked various customer service roles, eventually working in the behavioral development field in which I maintain digital session logs and escalated updates to clinicians as needed, support weekly team planning by relaying performance metrics and behavior trends, and assist in maintaining status dashboards to track behavioral data and team deliverables.
