About Me
As a graduate from the Pennsylvania State University with a B.S. in Rehabilitation and Human Services, I am continuing my education in the College of Professional Studies at Northeastern University with a focus in Human Resources Management. I have always been passionate about working with people, whether itβs through training, mentoring, or fostering positive workplace relationships. I find fulfillment in helping others grow, feel supported, and succeed in their roles, which is why I gravitate toward human resources and employee engagement. My experiences as a team trainer, culture champion, and family counselor have reinforced my belief in the power of communication, collaboration, and inclusivity in creating meaningful connections. I thrive in environments where I can support individuals, build strong teams, and contribute to a positive organizational culture, and I am committed to bringing that same energy and dedication to every professional opportunity I pursue. Everybody has a story to tell, and my goal is to allow their voices to be heard.
