As a recent graduate of San Francisco State University with a degree in Information Systems and a minor in Spanish, I’m thrilled to officially launch my professional journey in the IT field. With over seven years of experience in customer service and management, I’ve cultivated strong leadership, operational, and problem-solving abilities. Beginning my career at 15, I quickly advanced to managerial roles where I led day-to-day operations, managed inventory, guided teams, and built lasting customer relationships. These experiences have honed my organizational and communication skills while sparking a deep interest in technology and systems management. My academic background has equipped me with a strong foundation in business process management, business intelligence, and IT project management. I’m eager to apply this knowledge in dynamic roles where I can contribute to and learn from innovative teams.
