About Me

I’m Elaine Skiadas, a communication and design student at UC Santa Barbara with a passion for storytelling across media. I run Wandering Chickpea, a food and lifestyle brand that reaches over 130 thousand monthly readers and has partnered with Whole Foods, DeLallo, and other national brands. My work combines photography, writing, and digital strategy to create content that feels both human and visually compelling. Beyond the kitchen, I’m building a portfolio in brand and UX design, exploring how thoughtful visuals and narrative design can shape culture, community, and behavior. I’m drawn to creative environments that value curiosity, emotional intelligence, and the power of a well-told story.
