About Me

I am a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where I specialize in UI/UX design, website development, and user experience optimization. My work focuses on enhancing digital platforms through usability testing, accessibility audits, and user behavior analysis, ensuring intuitive and user-centered solutions. I also contribute to academic research by supporting data collection through Qualtrics surveys, applying data-driven insights to inform design strategies. Previously, I served as a User Experience Research Intern, where I conducted user interviews, survey analysis, and journey mapping to identify user needs and improve product usability. I collaborated with cross-functional teams to align design decisions with business objectives, leveraging data visualization and machine learning techniques to support actionable solutions. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Informatics, I am passionate about integrating qualitative and quantitative research methods to design innovative solutions that enhance user satisfaction and drive business growth.
