About Me

I'm an aspiring IT professional based in New York with hands-on experience in desktop support, cloud services, and IT training. I'm currently finishing my B.S. in Computer Programming and Information Systems at SUNY Farmingdale, after earning my A.A.S. in Information Technology from Nassau Community College. I’ve worked in several IT support roles, including internships at Infinite Consulting Corp and St. Joseph Hospital, where I used tools like Microsoft Intune, Azure, Ivanti, and NinjaOne. I’ve also taught IT skills at The Viscardi Center, helping students become more confident with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint. With a strong foundation in technical support, network administration, and user training, I enjoy solving problems and helping people work through tech issues with patience and clarity. I’m Google IT Support certified and always looking to grow and make a positive impact in the tech world.
