About Me

Hello! My name is Jalynn. I hold a degree in Animal Science, where I developed strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills. Although my background began in veterinary studies, my passion has shifted toward IT and cybersecurity. I’m currently transitioning into tech, building a strong foundation through certifications such as CompTIA A+ (in progress), Google IT, and CodePath’s Cybersecurity program. My veterinary education shaped a scientific mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to solve complex problems under pressure. Combined with clear communication and a methodical approach to troubleshooting, these skills have prepared me for the fast-paced, collaborative world of IT and cybersecurity. I’m actively seeking entry-level opportunities in IT support or cybersecurity where I can grow, contribute, and help protect digital systems.
