I'm currently pursuing my MBA in Business Analytics with a minor in Energy Management at Midwestern State University, where I also earned my Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, graduating Magna Cum Laude. As an Academic Recruitment Analyst at Midwestern State University, I conduct in-depth data analysis and develop strategic recommendations to improve recruitment processes. I also design and maintain databases using tools like Excel, SQL, and CRM systems to optimize workflows and achieve institutional goals. Previously, I worked at Bridgecrest as a Funding Specialist and Loan Advisor III, where I analyzed operational data, maintained detailed financial reports, and identified trends to improve funding strategies. These roles taught me the importance of combining analytical precision with effective communication and collaboration to drive results. In addition to my professional experience, I serve as the Financial Executive Officer for Mustang Motorsports' Formula SAE program. I manage budgets, forecast financial resources, and collaborate with team leads to ensure efficient resource allocation for engineering projects. I'm proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, programming languages like SAS, R, and SQL, and data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
