Title: Help Desk–Focused Career Bio (Updated) I’m a logistics professional transitioning into a help desk role after more than a decade of hands-on customer support and technical troubleshooting. I spent 11 years as a Library Aide for the City of New Haven, where I helped patrons with computers, printers, basic software, and internet issues, clear communication, and step-by-step problem-solving skills. I then worked at Amazon as a Yard Jockey and now as a Warehouse Associate, strengthening my reliability, attention to detail, and comfort with fast-paced, process-driven environments. I’m looking to bring my support experience, curiosity, and calm under pressure to a Help Desk Specialist role.
