About Me Civic-minded Software Engineer based in Philadelphia, PA I am always on a journey of personal growth in all facets of my life - as a partner, as a teacher, as a coach, as a parent. Software engineering is no exception. I revel in the daily challenges that fuel my passion for solving puzzles and uncovering patterns. With each line of code, each component, each solved bug, the feeling I get as a project comes to life is energizing and empowering. The only thing that drives me more is the potential to effect positive change in my communities around me. In software development, I have found a unique arena where I can merge these paths and walk them together. My strong ability to swiftly grasp and apply new concepts is bolstered by my teaching and coaching background. This combination allows me to seamlessly transition between learning novel concepts myself and breaking down ideas for others in a patient and empathetic manner. Engaging in collaborative teamwork brings me immense joy. I excel in roles when I can lead with empathy and passion - both in supporting my teammates and in contributing to the mission of the organization. I do my best work when I feel confident the product I am building will make the world just a little bit better.
