About Me
As a recent graduate of NYU's Media, Culture, and Communication MA, I'm seeking work that aligns with my mission to positively impact younger generations in a constantly evolving digital world. My research explores the moderation practices of platforms designed for young users to illuminate how platforms are constructing digital parenthood and internet safety. I also analyze how media content made for children and adolescents influences their ideologies and how they understand the world. I'm passionate about critically evaluating the media children are exposed to and their online experiences, as well as broader discussions surrounding digital trust and safety. Above all, I am passionate about helping younger generations thrive by improving healthcare, education, and accessibility to opportunities for all children. I currently work as a course assistant through NYU Langone Health teaching positive psychology to undergraduate students, and have previously worked as a research intern at Children and Screens: Institute of Digital Media and Child Development. I have extensive prior experience in media production and content creation in addition to my research skills and training, and enjoy detail-oriented work that truly makes a difference in people's lives.
