About Me

I’m Khushi Matpadi, a business student at San Jose State University, Gary J. Sbona Honors Student, and Dean’s Scholar, passionate about using strategy and data to drive impact. I’ve optimized forecasting and product lines at Belden Inc., boosted member engagement by 418% at the American Leadership Forum Silicon Valley, and deepened my interest in mission-driven work at Stanford GSB’s Center for Social Innovation. Studying corporate strategy at the London School of Economics sharpened my global business perspective, and leading student organizations has strengthened my leadership and collaboration skills. Outside of work, I love traveling, hiking, and baking.
