About Me

I’m Lirio Hadomi Aquino de Araujo—born in East Timor, raised by a professor, and shaped by a life that blends discipline, curiosity, and service. After moving to the U.S. before sixth grade, I pursued a Biology degree at UC Irvine, diving into agroecology research and rescue diving while also studying Russian through a cultural exchange program. Now, I’m stepping into my role as an Army Ordnance officer, blending my passion for hands-on problem-solving with long-term goals in logistics, biodefense, and advanced education. I'm committed to a life of impact—both in uniform and beyond.
