About Me

Hi, I’m Maha Baig! I graduated Cum Laude from Virginia Tech with a B.S. in Cybersecurity Management and Analytics and hold a CompTIA Security+ certification. I’m currently expanding my technical skills through Johns Hopkins University’s Applied Generative AI program. Previously, I worked as a Data Analyst at TELUS Digital, where I honed my research and problem-solving skills. My passion lies in cybersecurity governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) and cyber defense—which I’ve explored through hands-on projects like building an Azure SOC Lab to monitor and visualize security events. I’m actively seeking entry-level cybersecurity roles to apply my skills, grow with industry leaders, and contribute to securing organizational assets.
