About Me
Hello! My name is Manasha Sahana Vengat, and I am a senior at UC San Diego pursuing a B.S. Business Psychology degree with minors in Critical Gender Studies and Marketing. I am incredibly interested in marketing and social media roles, with over 4+ years of experience handling social media accounts, such as a mental health awareness page in high school called Soul Society, interning as the Online and Social Media Intern at the UCSD Women's Center and currently serving as the VP Marketing and External Relations for College Panhellenic Association. Incredibly creative, hard-working, and eager to learn, I am interested in working in the business industry and transforming the marketing landscape. I am familiar with social media management, marketing, content creation, website and graphic design, and brand strategy. I am also drawn to the mental health and social service industry. This academic year, I am working at the UCSD LGBTRC as a marketing intern. This will mark my third year in college working at a community center, and it illustrates my passion for getting involved in organizations that focuses on social justice and community empowerment. This past summer, I was an area manager intern at Amazon and I am President of UCSD Psi Chi in my senior year. These experiencexs indicate my interests in management, data analysis and conducting organizational operations. I am actively looking for opportunities around social media and marketing, entrepreneurship, business, mental health awareness, operations, management, human resources, community outreach, psychology, and/or social justice to pursue a career that aligns with my skill set and passions. I believe I will be a valuable asset to any company I am initiated in to.
