About Me
Meghan Coyne is a strategic communications and media analytics major at Elon University, with a peace & conflict studies minor, graduating in May 2025. She has demonstrated exceptional ability in research, synthesis of complex information, and development of clear, engaging content tailored for diverse audiences. Meghan has gained valuable experience through internships, such as with the United States Navy Office of Information, where she honed her communication skills, ethical standards, and public engagement strategies. Additionally, her role at the New York Yacht Club- Habour Court helped her to enhance her verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and teamwork. As a varsity track and field athlete and captain, Meghan dedicates significant time to practice and team development, showcasing her leadership and teamwork abilities. She is also actively involved in the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, contributing to improving university and NCAA policies. Meghan's volunteer work with Canines For Service and Operation Stand Down Rhode Island further illustrates her commitment to community service and strategic communication efforts. Her skills include leadership, verbal and written communication, and proficiency in R, Excel, Tableau, Brandwatch, Python, and Google Analytics.
