About Me

My name is Merin, and I am a recent graduate with a Master’s in Product Design and Manufacture from the University of Nottingham. My background bridges engineering and design, combining technical expertise with a user-centered approach. During my studies, I honed my prototyping, graphic design, and design thinking skills, enabling me to create thoughtful, innovative solutions to real-world challenges. Since moving to the U.S., I’ve been working as a graphic design intern at The Now PR, where I’ve had the opportunity to create visually engaging brand materials and strengthen my understanding of storytelling and design psychology. I’ve contributed to projects for clients such as Porsche, Raising Cane’s, Vibe Magazine, Rainbow Clothing, and Mazza Jeweller. This experience has enhanced my ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions that resonate with diverse audiences.
