Organized Problem-Solver | Process Improver | Team Player I’m at my best when I can tame chaos- whether that’s streamlining workflows, rallying a team, or finding the sweet spot between structure and creative problem-solving. What I’m About: Getting stuff done properly - I don’t just brainstorm; I figure out what actually works in practice. (My old teams called me the "how are we actually doing this?" person.) Keeping my word - If I say I’ll do it, it’ll be on time and done right. No ghosting, no half-finished work. Adapting without drama - When things change (and they always do), I’m the one saying "Okay, what’s next?" instead of panicking. Why It Matters Now: After years in marketing, real estate, a little bit of teaching, and more recently Project Assistance, I’m shifting into project coordination-where my knack for herding cats (a.k.a. managing stakeholders) and fixing broken processes actually gets put to good use. Currently leveling up: I am so proud to say that I passed my CAPM exam recently, so I am officially a Certified Associate in Project Management! Definitely aiming to get my PMP as soon as I meet all the requirements. Hands-on with ClickUp and Monday.com, process mapping, digital operations design and making AI tools actually useful. Experience in B2B SaaS companies. FYI, my 16personalities type is Logistician (ISTJ-A): Logisticians are practical and fact-minded individuals, whose reliability cannot be doubted. They’re reserved yet willful, with a rational outlook on life, composing their actions carefully.
