About Me
I am a dedicated graduate student pursuing a Master’s in Environmental Science with a strong foundation in Botany and Geology from Miami University. My hands-on experience includes internships with the Kentucky Energy and Environment Cabinet and the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, where I engaged in crucial water quality testing and analysis. These roles have equipped me with practical skills in data collection, environmental monitoring, and public engagement initiatives, enhancing my ability to contribute to sustainable practices. As a student researcher in Dr. David Gorchov's lab, I am currently investigating the impact of herbicides on native wildflower populations. This research fuels my passion for ecology and allows me to develop analytical skills using RStudio and other tools. I am passionate about driving sustainable solutions and engaging communities in environmental stewardship. I look forward to connecting with like-minded professionals and exploring opportunities to make a positive impact in the field of environmental science.
