About Me
I’m Rogelio Tovar Herrera, an aspiring Construction Management professional with a B.S. expected from California State University, East Bay, in May 2026. With hands-on experience as a Taper Lead and Taper, I’ve honed my skills in project management, crew supervision, and drywall finishing. At Wallcraft, I assisted foremen with stakeholder communication and managed teams to meet project milestones on schedule, while also serving as a translator to ensure clear on-site coordination. Previously, at MGM Drywall, I applied fire tape during preliminary construction phases, consistently meeting or exceeding tasks with a focus on safety and productivity. As a Club Manager at PAC San Jose JEA Squad Inc. since 2015, I’ve resolved operational challenges, planned tailored soccer practice sessions, and managed administrative duties with agility and critical thinking. Bilingual in English and Spanish, I bring strong leadership, adaptability to technology, and a commitment to learning. Outside work, I enjoy spending time with family, playing soccer, and watching anime. I’m eager to connect with opportunities in construction management to drive project success and team growth.
