About Me

I am a strategic communicator with experience spanning small business, communications agency and in-house higher education positions. I strive to bridge the gap between efficiency, organization, creativity and relationship building and have done so with success. Where I thrive is the meaningful relationships that I have made through my work that have enabled me to balance teams while remaining goal and detail oriented. Currently based out of Chapel Hill, NC I bring my creative and organizational skills to aid in strategy and projects from big to small. I am a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, there I studied Advertising/Public Relations in the Hussman School of Journalism and Media supplemented by my study of the Spanish language for the medical professions. I was also a part of the inaugural class of the Health Communication and Marketing Certificate Program. A personal note about myself is that I enjoy music and have been singing since middle school! In Chapel Hill I studied voice as a non-major and was also a part of the UNC Walk Ons, a co-ed a cappella group on campus. I'm in the process of trying to expand my musical experience to the electric bass as well! Photography is another passion of mine, recreationally I enjoy film and digital photography and tend to focus on portraiture.
