About Me
I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Computer Science at Stony Brook University, with a GPA of 3.70/4.0, and I’ll be graduating in May 2025. My academic journey has allowed me to dive deep into areas like machine learning, computer vision, and database systems, which have laid the foundation for my technical expertise. On the professional front, I’ve had diverse experiences. As a Graduate Research Assistant, I worked on developing BiGSpatial, a platform for tissue imaging, where I focused on front-end development, integrating real-time data visualization, and optimizing data management through containerization and API integration. This role required a balance of technical skill and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team to deliver impactful solutions. During my internship at OaksPro Software Solutions, I led front-end development for cross-platform applications and optimized backend data management with Google Firebase, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions. I also gained experience in user acceptance testing, which helped me enhance product stability and performance. One of my proudest accomplishments is developing LegiMed AI, a tool designed to summarize medical documents for legal professionals using advanced AI models like Llama-3 and ChatGPT. This project showcased my ability to work with large language models, implement cutting-edge techniques like retrieval-augmented generation, and solve domain-specific challenges. I’m particularly passionate about working on challenging projects that blend AI and software engineering to create user-centric, scalable solutions. I thrive in roles where I can contribute across the stack, collaborate closely with teams, and directly engage with end-users to iterate and refine products. Beyond academics and work, I enjoy learning new technologies, tackling complex problems, and staying curious about how technology can make a tangible difference in people’s lives. I’m excited about opportunities where I can leverage my skills and grow while contributing to meaningful, impactful projects.
