About Me

Hi, I’m Siara! I’m a senior at Barnard College, Columbia University, where I study Computer Science and Human Rights with a minor in Economics. Over the past few years, I’ve worked at places like MetLife, Fitch Ratings, and Care.com, and I was also an IAC Fellow. Through these experiences, I’ve built skills in data analysis, product strategy, and storytelling, from designing AI-powered dashboards at MetLife to pitching and securing a $15,000 grant for a NYC nonprofit during my fellowship. I’m passionate about using data to make complex ideas clear and actionable, whether that’s helping teams make smarter decisions or uncovering trends that shape strategy. As I head into graduation, I’m excited to bring my mix of technical, analytical, and collaborative skills into a role in product, analytics, or strategy.
