About Me
The COVID19 global pandemic served as the catalyst for me to reinvent my career. I had been working in a warehousing environment for over a decade, but being laid off gave me the time and opportunity to return to my original computer science education. I went to a coding bootcamp in 2021 and fell in love with the culture and experience. I ultimately stayed on as teaching assistant. In 9 short months, I proved myself capable of instruction and have been working as web development instructor since July '22. This has provided me with ample learning opportunities and the chance to be influenced by many different perspectives on development.
