About Me

At the USGS I tackled several challenges, most critically being the juggling of several concurrent projects while prioritizing quality and performance. I was in charge of architecting RESTful APIs, performing bulk loads, SQL investigations, implementing various IAM protocols, optimizing database queries for intense data loads, deploying services to our VPC network, and performing triage as needed in periods of critical outages. Throughout the number of past experiences, I have demonstrated an adept ability to translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly solutions. Whether building intuitive portals for researchers or designing efficient pipelines, I was focused on exceptional end-user experiences. Working with government stakeholders has taught me to communicate technical concepts clearly while maintaining high security and reliability standards.
