My name is Vikas Mishra. I recently completed my Master’s degree in Computer Science in December 2024, with a GPA of 3.86. With three years of backend development experience at Tata Consultancy Services, I've honed my skills in Java REST API, Spring Boot, and JPA. Currently, I'm working as a full-stack developer, where I've developed innovative web applications for Caltrans and the State Water Board using ReactJS and Flask. I excel at transforming complex problems into efficient solutions, as demonstrated in my projects like the Storm Water Analytics platform and my parallel branch-and-bound algorithm for the Traveling Salesman Problem. My proficiency in both backend and frontend technologies, coupled with my experience in optimizing performance and enhancing user experiences, makes me a versatile candidate for software engineering roles. As an international student, I'm looking for opportunities that can sponsor my H1-B visa.
