About Me

Hi! My name is Yazmin. I’m a recent graduate from Chapman University with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Data Analytics. I’m so excited to kick off my career and put my knowledge into action while continuing to grow and learn. With experience in customer service and retail, I truly consider myself a people person who enjoys everyday interactions and helping others, whether they're dealing with small concerns or major challenges. I pride myself on being empathetic, helpful, and very patient. In addition to my interpersonal skills, I’m proficient in Microsoft Office and highly organized when it comes to handling data and information. I also have experience working with Tableau, SQL, and Alteryx. My greatest passion is marketing, whether it's creating content, planning campaigns, or coming up with new ways to engage an audience. I always enjoy the process. It’s the field I truly love and the career I ultimately want to pursue.
